Postage & handling
New Zealand Delivery
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email containing both billing and delivery details that you provided. Please note that the delivery address must be a street address as we do not deliver to post office boxes. A courier is used for all New Zealand urban and rural deliveries. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery as we may have a busy time in our dispatch department, or busy times with our couriers. We deliver anywhere in the country for $10.
Note: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays
If your order is particularly urgent or you require a weekend delivery, please get in touch with us to discuss what is possible for your order.
We don't deliver internationally yet, but it is coming soon so watch this space.
Returns are easy!
If within fourteen days of receiving your order you are not satisfied with an art print purchased from us we will happily exchnage it or refund your money. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service team before sending back the items in question.
A refund will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Without a proof of purchase
- Goods are damaged
Note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Pricing & payment
We accept credit card payments made with Visa and Mastercard. All our credit card transactions are processed using a secure, transaction processing facility PayStation.
Please ensure that all bank deposits contain your invoice number for our reference.
When paying by internet banking please allow extra time for funds to clear.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
